A Hadassah mission to Israel is more than a behind-the-scenes, all-access tour of Hadassah’s most impactful programs; more than a schedule of seminars and meetups with some of the Jewish state’s most influential politicians, thinkers and doers; and more than a five-star Mediterranean vacation. From Dream to Innovation, the milestone mission held last October, featured centennial celebrations of the Henrietta Szold Hadassah-Hebrew University School of Nursing, the Hadassah Medical Organization and HMO’s Department of Ophthalmology—in addition to unforgettable sightseeing. Those who traveled on the mission witnessed the significance of Hadassah’s work alongside the success story of Israel, the 70-year-old startup nation.
