Yari and Cary Wolinsky’s documentary follows the incredible project led by Laura and Rick Brown, non-Jewish American artists and educators, to rebuild the 18th-century Polish wooden Gwozdziec Synagogue burned by the Nazis. Working with 300 college students from 11 countries, the team replicates the detailed roof structure and colorful ceiling motifs for the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw.
